Following a successful planning application, LJA can act as client representative to appoint a Building Contractor to carry out the project. We will prepare and issue all tender drawings and documentation to the list of potential building contractors.
Certificates of Compliance
A Certificate of Compliance is required for all new build work and for all alterations, additions or extension work to an existing property to ensure that all works have been carried out in accordance with the Planning Permission granted and the Building Regulations.
All our Certificates of Compliance are prepared in compliance with the standard Engineers Ireland format.
PSDP Role
The role of the Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) is a legal requirement and must be undertaken to co-ordinate the health and safety considerations from project initiation to handover.
The PSDP must be appointed before design work commences, ensuring effectiveness in addressing and co-ordinating safety and health matters from the very early stages of a project.
